Many users on twitter post the issue that they’re not able to find the windows executable file for intallting most popular software for video player.
It’s reportedly said that cyber crime groups actively uses this software for targetting windows machines. But VLC counter the allegations that this old bug was already fixed in 2010 patch. Some independent organization related to internet freedom raised RTI for seeking exact reason behind the ban.
